if i were the director of the 10 second video of the 20 separate groups i would record staring from downstairs to downstairs and review the videos to make sure all of the videos taken are good as well as the audio.
ReplyDeleteI would have all the groups go to one specific place and film all at once, then I would review the footage and edit.
ReplyDeleteif i were the director of the 10 second video of the 20 separate groups i would record a pan of each 20 groups each doing their designated things, i would then go back and watch the videos to make sure that the videos are good quality and not out of focus.
ReplyDeleteI would make a shot sheet, laying out the steps and discussing which group does what, so that the video can get done in 90 minutes or less.
ReplyDeleteIn the act of directing a 10-second video of 20 separate groups, I would give everybody their specific role of significance, and I would make it mandatory that they help me out as much as they can in the process of making the job simple by listening to directions and getting the best quality shots for the final product.
ReplyDeletePlan it out, make sure i have everything for it and do it quickly

ReplyDeleteIf i was the director, I say I would have the 20 groups in one large location and film each of them so it's very quick. I'll also try to review it in case there's a mistake in recording.
ReplyDeleteIf I were to direct a 10 second video of 20 separate groups, I would record a quick pan of all the students saying "Thank-you". I would combine each clip from the different classes, so that it would be a compilation of all the classes around OCVTS. I would include very faint and simple music into the background to fill any silence. Each clip would transition quickly and include a text of the name of the class.
ReplyDeleteIf I were a director for a 10 second video, i would try to have someone help me direct the groups while I set up everything, organize and keep a maintained schedule.
ReplyDeleteif i were a director for a ten second video i would try to plan everything from placing and camera angles as well as getting everyone in a good mood and having a good attitude
ReplyDeleteI would get everyone together, and shoot the entire list of clips at once, just have them all in one place, and go from group to group.
ReplyDeleteI would make sure I have everything planned out and written down; the footage i want, the shots I need, how I want to edit it, etc.
ReplyDeleteI would start with making a shot list and shoot every shot that is similar together to make things go easier. i would also have the groups that are waiting practice their lines so that the father we get the less mistakes would be made.

ReplyDeleteI would use similar camera techniques so it looks cohesive, recording each group for 10 seconds each. I would then spend the rest of the time editing so it looks good, perhaps adding background music, then I would export the video
Deleteif i were a director for a 10 second video, first i will plan how i want it to play out for example like the background, how i want it to look like and etc.
ReplyDeleteIf I was the director for a ten second video, i would fist set up a plan of action, Next I would get a helper for gidince. setup a time deadline for every class to get it completed in 90 Mintues
ReplyDeleteIf I were a director trying to shoot ten second videos of twenty different groups in under ninety minutes, I would shoot at one location with all groups present so that when I finish recording one group they could leave and the other group would take their place without wasting much time.
ReplyDeleteIf I were the director for 10 sec video, I would Need a director for each group and go recording each group in the order of each director give the OK to do it, and make it faster.
ReplyDeleteI would make a sheet that said all 20 groups, give them a time when they need to come for filming, make sure that everything is set up and ready for them (camera angles will be fixed when they get there). Make sure that before they come they know what they are going to say so that there won't be too many takes of each group if they don't know what to say.
ReplyDeleteIn order to save time, I would make sure that each group would shoot their own video in a similar fashion, so that no group would have any problems unique to them and sacrifice time on different obstacles.
ReplyDeleteIf I was the director for a ten second video, I would take a picture of each group. Then I would show each one and flash to the next like a slide show that is 10 seconds long. Throughout each of the pictures it displays Thank you at the top.
ReplyDeleteIf I were a director for a ten second video I would have everything planned out right so when its time I wont be freaking out as much. Id also have someone help me to let the people know what to do.
ReplyDeleteI would set Up the 20 groups in the same area to make it easier to control with a few other people prepare those groups and get to finishing up faster.
ReplyDeleteIf I were the director I would make so they face the camera and do the thing for the video. Then when they finished the next group goes up and does the thing. Then edit out or just get one clip per group the in between part when the groups change. Probably add background music.
ReplyDeleteIf I was a director for 10 second video for 20 groups I would get someone to help me with the set up so everyone is in place and then I would have everyone together.
