1) Inner Circle: 2x2 circle, black fill, no stoke
2) Outer circle: 5x5, no fill, .375 black stroke
3) Spoke: width=.375, height=1.5
    Rotate at 30 degrees and repeat to fill
4) Spikes: 3-Sided Polygon, .5x.5.     Rotate at 30 degrees and repeat to fill
5) Type on Path: Make a 1” circle, black fill,     no stroke. Type your name on the path in      white and center it.
6) Cut Line: Duplicate the layer. Lock and      hide bottom layer. Delete text and spokes.       Expand circle path (Object->Expand) and       join with triangles using the Shape Builder.       Offset path at .1389”. Use direct selection       tool to remove inner circle and then       reveal the other layer.

Make another "Accordian Strip" for the wreath

  1. Fold the paper in half, vertically (so you have 2 pieces which measure 6"x18")
  2. Mark-off every inch
  3. Crease the paper using a ruler
  4. Unfold and cut along the fold
  5. Create Z-Fold for each
  6. Staple so it becomes one long piece
  7. Hot-Glue to foam-board
